We need volunteers to help us with the ceremony to celebrate the finding of this, the 40th documented Revolutionary War Veteran known to be buried in Iowa. There should be a ceremony in Fort Madison (the site of the grave) and also in Des Moines at the site of the Revolutionary War Memorial on the Iowa State Capital grounds. Here is your chance to make a difference and have some fun. |
